What size and weight are your bottles?

Our bottles are 26 cm tall (including the lid) and have a 7 cm diameter, and weigh 500 grams (without the sleeve).

 

How long do your bottles keep drinks hot or cold for?

Our bottles keep hot things hot and cold things cold for about an hour depending on external conditions, giving you plenty of time to enjoy your drink.

 

How durable are your bottles?

Our bottles are made of borosilicate glass (which is one of the most durable types of glass), so are strong enough for everyday use when cared for properly. The complimentary sleeve is very useful for times when the bottle needs a little bit more protection.

 

What temperatures can your bottles withstand?

Our bottles can be used for any hot or cold drinks to suit your need (including boiling water and ice) but shouldn’t be kept in the freezer.

 

How do I know your bottles are safe to use? 

All of our bottles have been tested to ensure they comply with EU safety regulations.

 

How do I clean my bottle?

The bottle and the infuser are dishwasher-safe, while the lid should be cleaned by hand.
